Must I always add weights?

Sometimes you don't have the workout equipment at home, or it's somehow difficult to hold weights like dumbbells, barbells, and so on.


Whether you want a personal trainer to do a home visit or you are working out on your own,

exploring different setups, positions, and using body weight is a convenient (though not necessarily easier) way to increase exercise challenge.
